The recently made CD entitled “What’s
New?” brings even greater interest to the Band showcasing its
versatility for either Concerts or Dances. Listen to the selection
and notice how the Band can move easily from the beautiful sound of
Glenn Miller to a powerful performance of “O'l
Man River “ and from Mr. Count Basie “The Flight of the Foo
Birds”
Eleanor Keenan is on top form with a
contrast in style for her two featured numbers while Anton Browne
just enjoys himself with his own style of phrasing and interpretation of
songs.
